COMPLEXITY OF SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge; project management and interpersonal skills
- Skill in directing and coordinating the work of others; and in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with state employees and officials.
- Ability to cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
- Ability to use superior communication skills, both oral and written, utilizing different communication styles; to present to diverse audiences, specifically racial, ethnical, socioeconomic, and disabled.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience in Management Information System (MIS), Computer Science, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals, customer needs, business priorities, and technology strategy.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, establishing clear priorities, sequencing initiatives, and communicating the product direction to stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Identify staffing needs and manage employees within the team.
- Lead product discovery and complete business requirements documentation by working with business analysts, technical teams, and business partners.
- Build and foster relations with division partners.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues affecting projects within the division to ensure successful delivery and minimize operational impacts.
- Manage the architecture, architecture alignment, and non-project enhancements.
