Product Manager II

About the Role  

Apptium a TD SYNNEX company is looking for a Product Manager II to join our dynamic product team and support the development of our customer-facing SaaS application. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features, drive user engagement, and contribute to the evolution of our platform. You'll play a key role in shaping product direction while growing your strategic and technical skills in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-impact features aligned with product strategy.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog; write clear requirements and user stories.

• Participate in agile ceremonies and support release planning and execution.

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate updates.

• Partner with sales, marketing, and support to ensure successful product adoption.

• Leverage analytics to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma; familiarity with product analytics tools is a plus.
