This is a full-time Product Manager role sitting within the Care Foundations Product team. You’ll support the development of new functionality to streamline member (patient) collections by analyzing user and billing data, refining user experience flows, and collaborating across operations, finance, design, and engineering to deliver a cohesive, high-quality product.

This role is part of Spring Health’s broader “Financial Hub”, and you will work in close partnership with our Claims & Eligibility team to ensure end-to-end billing excellence. You’ll also work closely with a Senior Product Manager who will collaborate with you on strategy and roadmap alignment.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with an expectation of being in-office two days per week. Our office is located at 60 Madison Avenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute Product Delivery: Lead development of key features related to member billing within the Financial Hub, partnering with engineering, design, operations, and finance to scope, build, and launch high-quality functionality through an agile sprint process.
  • Collaborate on Strategy: Work closely with a Senior Product Manager to define the roadmap, ensure alignment across the Financial Hub, and coordinate with the Claims & Eligibility team.
  • Analyze Data: Review product outcomes, member behaviors, and collections trends to generate insights that shape and influence the roadmap.
  • Experimentation: Design hypotheses, set up A/B tests, interpret results, and iterate to improve member billing flows and outcomes. 
  • Optimize Member Experience: Balance collections improvement with member experience, ensuring improvements don’t introduce friction or frustration for users.

  • Improvement in collections metrics without degrading member experience
  • High-quality delivery of member billing product functionality with minimal bugs or regressions
  • A well-aligned roadmap that reflects input from internal stakeholders and the broader Financial Hub
  • Strong, positive collaboration with the Senior PM and other cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrated curiosity and learning around the revenue cycle management (RCM) space

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–3+ years of product or project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
  • Strong experimentation skills, including hypothesis generation, A/B testing, results analysis and iterative development.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational and collaboration skills
  • Strong writing and language skills
  • Passion for mental health and a commitment to improving access to care
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience working on products related to revenue cycle management

The target base salary range for this position is $133,440 - $166,800, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
