Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic junior Product Manager to join our innovative product management team at Symphony Communications. This role is ideal for someone looking to build knowledge of financial services who already has a background in product management and/or software development.
Responsibilities:
- Become an active member of the team and work with the senior product managers to help to define the product strategy for Market Solutions
- Plan and execute enhancement projects in conjunction with the senior product manager
- Work with sales and client facing teams on product implementations where required
- Work with the AI Model Development team to deliver improvements to our AI products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure product objectives are met.
- Participate in agile development processes as a hands-on Product Manager embedded in the scrum team.
- Help to track product performance metrics and leverage insights for strategic planning and improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, including customers and external partners, to gather feedback and promote adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Ideally experience in product management roles within enterprise technologies.
- Ideally experience in managing product lifecycles from inception to market launch and beyond.
- Good technical background, ideally with good working knowledge of cloud based software solutions
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work with remote teams across London, New York and Vietnam.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
