Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Product Manager II serves as the internal and external champion for the Commercial organization, driving subscriber and revenue growth across Enterprise, Hospitality, Multi-Family, Senior Living, and Public/Private sectors. This role manages internal and external relationships to deliver product roadmap requirements by identifying and analyzing industry and market trends. Key responsibilities include analyzing and synthesizing internal data, identifying products to meet new markets, and executing cross-functional coordination within the organization and with external vendors.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
- Drive business performance by monitoring key metrics like subscriber growth and product stability, proactively identifying and correcting risks to maintain operational health
- Establish a clear, data-driven roadmap by synthesizing competitive trends and market research into actionable insights for the Commercial organization
- Lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, IT, Support and Sales to execute end-to-end program launches that meet strict commercial deadlines
- Partner with executive leadership to present high-impact business cases for new features, products, and growth opportunities
- Leverage AI-driven data analysis tools to predict market shifts and optimize the product development lifecycle for faster time-to-market

- Strong roadmap strategy and definition capabilities built through a deep understanding of end-to-end product delivery and lifecycle management
- Effective collaboration across internal departments and external vendor teams to prioritize high-impact features that unlock customer value
- Extreme curiosity and an appetite for learning, adapting workflows quickly to a rapidly changing and urgent environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret complex performance metrics and make data-driven deployment decisions
- Strong AI literacy, utilizing generative tools and data models to streamline documentation, research, and competitive landscape analysis
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, etc.) and an MBA is highly preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a Product Management or equivalent role
- Agile or Scrum methodologies and backlog organization
- Data interpretation using spreadsheets or analytics platforms
- User experience (UX) fundamentals or design-thinking frameworks
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year
