Will you support Identity & Access Management by setting up the PAM capability delivery for the Area IAM4Engineering and provide the IAM Identity Fabric to support engineering (8000 Rabo Engineers and thousands of machines).

Identity & Access Management is key for Rabobank as it provides everyone within the bank with access to resources needed to perform their work. Tribe IAM has been created to be in control of the IAM related risk, to have efficient IAM processes and user centric IAM journeys. The purpose of the tribe is to provide the IAM Identity Fabric to support employees and machines to only have access to the right assets at the right time, for the right reasons in a simple, user-friendly and secure manner and enabling in control monitoring and reporting.

Purpose of the Area IAM4Engineering is to provide the IAM Identity Fabric to support engineering (8000 Rabo Engineers and thousands of machines).

As the Product Manager / Product Owner for the IAM Privilege Access Management squad(s), your key responsibility is to translate our IAM vision into a product roadmap and backlog, interacting with key stakeholders to achieve the best possible result. The roadmap you build, needs to adhere to the requirements prescribed in the information security and compliance frameworks that Rabobank uses to manage information security and risks.

That is what makes this such a challenging role: finding the optimum between implementing what needs to be done for risk & compliance and reaching for the best possible solutions enabling the Engineering Journey as promised in our ambitious strategy.

For this we expect you have an excellent generic grasp of IAM in general and specifically on the capabilities of IAM solutions in the market today, to match needs and requirements to standards and capabilities of the tools we work with.

• Build Privilege Access Management capabilities

• Create a Vision and Roadmap to help Stakeholders understand and collaborate

• Drive the adopting of (new) PAM capabilities

• Leading the product vision and development. Collaborate with your PO colleagues and other stakeholders to create an aligned product roadmap and backlog supporting the IAM Digital Only strategy

• You challenge your squad to think beyond today and always act with the future in mind .

• Responsible for delivering an end-to-end IAM4Engineering seamless user journeys to support the 8000 Engineers in Rabobank

• Academic thinking and work level with preferably a Master degree in a relevant field of expertise.

• Professional with 5+ years of relevant work experience (incl. working in Scaled Agile environment)

• Experience with leading and building (onshore/offshore) DevOps teams

• Preferably PSPO I & II certified

• In depth knowledge of Identity & Access Management and Risk Management

• Proven knowledge of industry standards for IAM and security (e.g. CISSP)

• Proven knowledge of bank wide business processes and applications, impacted by IAM

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
