About The Opportunity
Are you passionate about building products that solve real customer problems and drive business growth? Join our dynamic team as a Product Manager, where you’ll own the full product lifecycle—from strategy and development to go-to-market execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our product line on the industrial side of the business, backed by a collaborative team and a company committed to innovation.What You’ll Do- Own the Product Line: Manage the performance of an existing product portfolio, driving revenue and margin growth.
- Lead Innovation: Champion new product development and line extensions that anticipate customer needs and market trends.
- Shape Strategy: Collaborate with the Sr. Product Manager to define and execute product line strategies.
- Know the Market: Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Be the Expert: Serve as the go-to resource for sales teams and customers—providing training, support, and product expertise.
- Drive Efficiency: Partner with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve product quality.
- Set the Pace: Define pricing strategies and provide accurate forecasting to support business planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years in product management or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communicator and presenter (internal and external audiences)
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action
- Collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with data, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Willingness to travel and engage directly with customers and partners
