We are searching for the best talent for Product Manager Hematology - Latin America South to be in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Purpose:
Develop and market the designated in-line products to achieve sales, profitability, and brand objectives. Successfully execute marketing strategies and tactical plans while serving as the primary source of product and market expertise. Lead critical business processes related to strategic planning, marketing execution, portfolio management, market research, launch readiness, forecasting, and business performance tracking.
You will be responsible for:
- Accountable for delivering the specific business objectives for the Hematology Therapeutic Area in the Southern Cluster of Latin America (LAS), as defined in the Business Plan and Country Value Team (CVT).
- Serve as the external face of Marketing, building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Lead the Hematology Business Planning process, generating actionable market insights and identifying socio-economic, healthcare, and policy trends that may impact the business.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to support forecasting and strategic decision-making across LAS.
- Oversee the development and execution of tactical plans in collaboration with local Brand Teams.
- Monitor brand and marketing performance through critical business metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure launch readiness for new products and indications across LAS markets.
- Train and coach sales teams on product strategy, customer segmentation, value proposition, and key promotional messages.
- Lead the adaptation and localization of customer-facing materials developed by regional and global teams to meet local market needs.
- Generate customer insights in partnership with field teams and support the implementation of data-driven segmentation strategies.
- Spend more than 20% of time in the field gathering customer and market insights from healthcare professionals, decision-makers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), Centers of Excellence, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure effective tracking of brand performance using available business intelligence and tracking tools.
- Routinely communicate business performance, opportunities, and risks to Business Unit Managers, Brand Teams, and Therapeutic Area Leaders using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Participate actively in the LATAM Product Manager Network and share best practices across markets.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required. MBA or postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 2-3 years in Marketing and/or Product Management.
- Experience in specialty care products is required; Hematology experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in Multiple Myeloma, Leukemia, Lymphoma, or other hematologic malignancies is considered a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to drive successful tactical execution of commercial strategies.
- Experience supporting product launches and ensuring launch readiness.
- Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and business planning processes.
- Ability to work effectively within highly matrixed, cross-functional, and multicultural organizations.
- Strong coaching and communication skills with experience training commercial teams.
- Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
