The Role
Own the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven growth products. Engage customers to gather feedback, define requirements, and prioritize features with engineering. Serve as a trusted advisor to drive adoption and measurable customer growth. Collaborate across data, engineering, and business teams to execute in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
Summary Generated by Built In
Hilbert is a scalable, data science-first growth engine that gives B2C teams predictive clarity into user behavior, revenue drivers, and the actions that drive sustainable growth. Fully agentic by design, Hilbert shrinks months-long decision cycles to minutes.

From Fortune 10 enterprises to beloved brands like FreshDirect, Blank Street, and Levain Bakery, operators run their growth on Hilbert. We're also co-building alongside leading AI companies.

A small, select group of growth operators sit at the core of our company. These minds shape how Hilbert's intelligence layer evolves, how customers grow, and how the company goes to market.

THE ROLE

As a Product Manager at Hilbert, you will own the product vision end-to-end and help bring to life AI products that redefine how B2C companies grow. You know how to balance long-term vision with near-term execution, and you are singularly mission focused, but you are extremely flexible on the tactics necessary to achieve that mission.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the product roadmap by synthesizing complex problem spaces, shaping product direction, and collaborating closely with engineering teams.

  • Engage directly with customers to build a deep understanding of their domain, operational constraints, and highest-impact growth opportunities.

  • Gather product feedback, define requirements, and partner with engineering to prioritize and deliver high-impact features.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with customer partners, serving as a trusted product and growth advisor.

WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE

  • Strong ability to understand technical systems and collaborate effectively across engineering, data, and business teams.

  • Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and data-driven workflows is highly valued.

  • Clear and compelling communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into execution across diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and drive product development across distributed teams and time zones.

  • Proactive ownership mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and continuously recalibrate priorities.
