Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to boost engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) across Loyalty & customer engagement products like
  • Manage the customer lifecycle, focusing on reactivation, churn reduction, and upselling opportunities
  • Drive engagement strategies that directly impact revenue growth, including cross-selling financial products, increasing transaction frequency, and maximizing customer monetization
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to translate business goals into measurable engagement KPIs (e.g., redemption rate)
  • Prioritize initiatives that balance exceptional user experiences with commercial objectives
  • Design and execute A/B tests, experiments, and iterative product improvements to optimize customer behaviors like repayment, investment, and spending
  • Analyze key metrics such as activation rates, conversion rates, DAU/MAU, retention curves, and revenue per active user
  • Lead the development of engagement-driving features, including:
  • Personalized loyalty recommendations (e.g., prediction/recommendation of loyalty segments, campaigns, promotions, etc)
  • Gamified rewards programs to incentivize transactions
  • Push notifications and in-app nudges to encourage repeat usage
  • Work with marketing, commercial, and data science teams to deliver campaigns and features that enhance user engagement and financial outcomes
  • Use customer feedback and industry trends to create innovative solutions tailored to fintech users

Requirements

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • 3-5 years in growth product management
  • Proven success in driving engagement and revenue growth for B2B products such as payments, lending, or investments
  • Strong understanding of loyalty products, customer engagement.
  • Experience with P&L management or aligning product features to financial goals
  • Proficiency in tools like SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation design
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management to balance user and business needs
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a user-first approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
