Product Manager (Growth)

Genesis is a Ukrainian co-founding IT company and one of the largest publishers of non-gaming apps. Together with the best entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe, we create and develop global technology businesses. Our main markets are the United States, Europe, and Africa.

As a co-founding company, Genesis first provides promising startups with the necessary resources and expertise for development, and then supports the project until it becomes an independent business. Currently, 25 projects are developing in our ecosystem in four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce, and R&D.

We are looking for a Product Manager for an AI Social Discovery product that is already winning the hearts of our users. If YOU are energized by ideas and able to bring innovations to life, and have a successful track record of improving products through an analytical approach, then you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the product lifecycle and strategy to achieve business goals and user satisfaction.

Range of tasks:

• Creating and prioritizing the ideal backlog for product development;
  
• Conducting segmentation and cohort analysis to understand user behavior;
  
• Generating and implementing Product-Market Fit (PMF) hypotheses;
  
• Initiating and conducting A/B testing to validate hypotheses;
  
• Collaborating with development and design teams to deliver exceptional results, including accelerating development speed.

We expect you to have the hard skills:

• Deep knowledge of analytics: segmentation, cohort analysis;
  
• Experience in conducting A/B tests and interpreting their results;
  
• Ability to create and prioritize product backlog;
  
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
  
• Experience of working with development and design teams;
  
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.).
  

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in AI, dating or entertainment projects;
  
• Understanding of UX/UI principles;
  
• Live-coding or rapid prototyping skills.
