  • Support regulatory and governance requirements, including fund board materials, prospectus/SAI reviews, and ongoing reporting deliverables
  • Serve as a key resource for marketing and RFP teams by maintaining accurate product data, managing consultant databases, and supporting RFP/DDQ content and positioning
  • Ensure quality control across product websites and internal platforms, maintaining accurate, current, and compliant content
  • Coordinate product change management efforts, aligning stakeholders and ensuring timely updates across systems and client communications
  • Partner closely with CPMs and investment teams to drive alignment across product, distribution, and marketing, while building deep expertise in strategies and portfolio performance
  • Deliver insights and support business development through marketing materials, sales enablement, client communications, and competitive analysis using tools such as Morningstar and eVestment

  • Highly analytical mindset with experience in data management, research, writing, and content development
  • Passion for capital markets and the investment management industry
  • Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and driving change
