The Product Manager, GRAFIX position is responsible for overseeing the downstream commercial deployment of brand plan, messages and tactics for GRAFIX across outpatient, physician office, and mobile/home wound care markets. The primary goal for this position is to drive profitable growth of the product in collaboration with other Advanced Wound Management business. They will partner with the Brand Director, other Product Managers, Upstream Manager, Marketing Communications, and Sales to develop overarching brand strategy and manage daily operations of the GRAFIX outpatient product lines.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing and implement an integrated communication plan designed to drive outpatient demand, engage the field sales force, improve messaging, analyze sales performance details and reporting, and increase utilization.

  • Collaborating with upstream marketing, clinical, R&D, medical education, sales leadership and other cross-functional partners to execute strategic brand initiatives

  • Developing an enhanced messaging platform across multiple wound care specialties and customer types

  • Working with Promotional Review Committee (PRC) to approve promotional materials 

  • Helping the brand to enhance the current digital platform across multiple audiences

  • Working with Sales Training Team and key members of the sales force to develop and execute short term tactical plans for ongoing training and development of knowledge

  • Managing demand forecasting to ensure supply is uninterrupted

  • Managing the downstream execution of new product launches including asset creation, training development, medical education planning, forecasting and commercialization deliverables

  • Partnering with Market Access and Sales Operations groups to develop important brand KPIs, analyze data, and develop insights to increase share

  • Managing related agency and/or vendor relationships, timelines, and budgets

  • Managing brand budget within the scope of the brand plan

  • Having a high level of financial acumen for analyzing market data, sales figures, budget forecasting and long-range planning

  • Developing and executing brand-specific tactics for tradeshows

  • Be the product expert and face of the brand to customers and Sales

What will you need to be successful?

  • BA/BS required

  • BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • 3+ years of Marketing experience in Medical Device or Healthcare field required

  • 7+ years of work experience in Marketing or related fields (e.g. Sales, R&D)

  • CTP (skin substitute graft) experience is strongly preferred

  • Payor reimbursement-dependent product experience is strongly preferred
