Description

We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Senior Product Manager to scale RewardGum, Bright Data’s rapidly growing consumer rewards platform.

On RewardGum, users earn real money by engaging with games, taking surveys, completing partner offers, and referring friends. We have achieved strong early traction, and we need an experienced growth product leader to take us to the next level.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end user journey- from a user’s first click to their first cash-out and beyond. You will focus on optimizing onboarding, offer selection, task completion, reward tracking, payouts, repeat usage, and referral loops. You will build a seamless, rewarding, and highly trustworthy user experience while driving aggressive growth metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Own the User Journey: Manage the full product lifecycle for RewardGum, taking ownership of activation, retention, engagement, monetization, and referral loops.
  • Drive Growth & Experimentation: Lead funnel analysis, identify bottlenecks, and run continuous A/B tests to optimize conversion rates at every stage of the user journey.
  • Execute with Speed: Adopt a practical, hands-on mindset. Define and ship MVPs quickly, learn from the data, iterate rapidly, and scale what works.
  • Build Trust: Design transparent, frictionless experiences around reward tracking, offer completion, and the cash-out process to ensure users trust the platform.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Marketing, Data, Engineering, Design, Partnerships, Support, and Compliance teams to align efforts and deliver cohesive product updates.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in Product Management with a strong focus on consumer product growth (taking products from early traction to meaningful scale), specifically in gaming, rewards platforms, offer walls, rewarded ads, or payout-based consumer products.
  • Growth Expertise: Deep understanding of user activation, retention strategies, engagement tactics, monetization, and building viral/referral loops.
  • Data-Driven Execution: High confidence and capability in funnel analysis, product analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing. You know how to let data drive your decisions.
  • Builder’s Mindset: You are deeply practical and execution-oriented. You don't just strategize; you get in the weeds to ship products fast.
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to unite cross-functional teams and align diverse stakeholders (from engineering to compliance) around a shared product vision.

Skills Required

  • 3+ years Product Management experience focused on consumer growth, especially gaming, rewards platforms, offer walls, rewarded ads, or payout-based products
  • Deep understanding of user activation, retention, engagement tactics, monetization, and building viral/referral loops
  • Strong capability in funnel analysis, product analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing
  • Practical builder's mindset with strong execution orientation to define and ship MVPs quickly
