Job Description
We are looking for a self-driven and proactive Product Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. Together with your Team Lead, you will play a key role in enhancing and optimizing the internal customs product used by our logistics team. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of providing e-commerce shops with the most seamless delivery operations and a better experience for our clients. If you are passionate about product management and interested in logistics processes, this role is for you!
The essence of your role
- You work closely and engage with a variety of stakeholders including senior managers, to enhance and optimize our customs product.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams, to facilitate effective product development and implementation.
- You will share the responsibility with your team lead in concepting and implementing product strategies driven by KPIs.
- You will monitor and analyze product performance through automated processes to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation.
Qualifications
This is what you need to succeed
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, to effectively. collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
- You excel at prioritizing tasks and managing time in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, demonstrating quick learning, adaptability, and flexibility to meet various project milestones.
- You bring a good understanding of agile methodologies and product management tools.
- You are fluent in English and ideally in German.
