About the team
The Capital Markets Securities Processing is responsible for several products that are deployed for processing equities, fixed income, mutual funds and derivatives to sell-side brokers including PTP, a modern cloud-based post trade platform which is undertaking a program of development to bring it to a broader audience in the US market. The Product Management function is currently spread across all regions of the world and is looking to expand further in North America to service the demands of that market. The PTP platform is developed using state of the art technology and modern development practices such as agile methodologies and CI/CD.
What you will be doing:
We are looking to strengthen our team with a Senior Product Manager who can take ownership of our US product, specifically:
Managing our US product roadmap and plans, collaborating with Senior Management, Sales, Marketing and Presales as necessary, taking ownership of new functional areas that are specific to the North American markets such as:
- ACATS transfers,
- Money Market Funds,
- US Margin (RegT),
- US Securities Segregation (Possession and Control, 15c3-3),
- US Retirement Accounts (IRA, Roth, 401k, etc.) and
- US Regulatory Reporting (Blue Sheets, etc.),
Collaborating with our Settlements Product Owner and Development Team to deliver our US settlement capabilities roadmap (NSCC/DTC, FICC/BSD/MBSD/BONY),
Performing analysis to identify functional gaps as required, particularly with respect to developing capabilities currently supported in Phase3 onto PTP,
Participating in requirement gathering, soliciting input from Clients, SMEs, 3rd parties as appropriate and prioritize requirements (MoSCoW principles),
Working closely with development teams to validate design and establish build plans;
Working closely with QA function to set User Acceptance criteria.
What you bring:
- Good all-round knowledge of US Retail, Correspondent Clearing and Institutional operations especially with respect to Equities, Fixed Income, Money Market Funds, Options and Mutual Funds.
- One or more specific areas of expertise in the following:
- ACATS transfers
- Money Market Funds
- US Margin (RegT)
- US Securities Segregation (Possession and Control, 15c3-3)
- US Retirement Accounts (IRA, Roth, 401k, etc.)
- Experience of one or more of the following systems: Broadridge BPS, BetaNxt, Phase3 or Intelliclear
- Effective communications and interpersonal skills
- Team worker - able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally
- Analytical, problem-solving skills
Added bonus if you have:
- Experience in Agile development practices
- Exposure to CI/CD projects
- Hands-on technical skills such Docker, Python, Linux, etc.
- Understanding of broader asset classes such as FX, OTC and Cleared derivatives

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $123,810.00 - $207,980.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
