Role Description:

As a FedRAMP Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our go to market strategy around Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) in the National Security market.  You will own the product vision, roadmap, priorities, validation, implementation and ultimately the viability of the product offering.  This will require ensuring alignment with both customer needs and company objectives. This role requires a unique blend of collaboration, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of FedRAMP requirements. You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional, matrix-aligned team of engineers, cybersecurity experts, designers and marketers.

Responsibilities:

  • Passion for the intersection of software, business, cybersecurity, and federal compliance (specifically FedRAMP processes and NIST 800-53)
  • Comfortable owning a product vision end-to-end and being accountable for delivering to several customer segments
  • Continuously balance customer, business, and technical priorities with limited resources
  • Prioritize and manage product features, balancing customer, business, and technical priorities
  • Synthesizing external customer requests into an internal product road map & backlog
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment, with a high degree of discipline and self-motivation
  • Build and keep alignment with our Growth team on roadmap and value proposition to support product pricing, customer segmentation, and customer needs
  • Continuous learning is a must. Stay up-to-date with industry trends around federal security practices
  • Understand business strategy and adapt product strategy and roadmap to accomplish company objectives
  • Comfortable presenting information in customer-facing engagements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enough technical breadth to work with engineering and design to trade off roadmap versus engineering effort needed

The listed responsibilities are not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the evolving needs of the organization. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is able to adapt and take on new responsibilities as they arise.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Direct experience with bringing a FedRAMP capability through the process
  • Experience establishing a product roadmap with themes, team charters, OKRs/KPIs to track success, design docs and breaking down work with engineering into milestone releases
  • Knowledge of and experience with monetization models for compliance-focused software
  • 5+ years managing software, platform engineering, or cybersecurity teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a remote work setup

Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in shaping the future of our platform offering for the national security sector. If you're passionate about leveraging technology to drive positive change and thrive in a challenging, collaborative environment, we invite you to apply and join our team.
