The Role
As a Product Manager working on the Fantasy App, you will help support updates to the Fantasy App that span the full experience: from foundational Core functionality to premium features. You’ll collaborate with teams across the Sports organization including engineering, design, marketing, programming, and analytics. You’ll help organize requirements, assist with roadmap planning, and coordinate with engineering and design partners to deliver improvements that enhance the overall fan experience. Your work will contribute to making it easier and more enjoyable for users to follow their games, teams, leagues, and fantasy matchups throughout the full sports calendar.
A Lot About You:
Product Execution & OwnershipSupports the planning and delivery of smaller product features and projects, taking ownership from requirements through launch.
Translates user needs and team goals into clear, structured requirements, tickets, and documentation.
Helps maintain roadmaps by organizing inputs, identifying dependencies, and keeping tasks on track.
Works closely with engineering and design partners to ensure smooth, timely execution.
Uses data, user feedback, and experimentation results to validate decisions and improve features over time.
Identifies customer problems through user feedback, analytics, and qualitative research.
Conducts competitive analysis to understand trends, identify gaps, and inform product improvements.
Helps define and track simple success metrics for the features they support.
Balances insights with growing product intuition to make well-reasoned recommendations.
Shows curiosity and willingness to learn how AI can improve workflows and enhance product experiences.
Communicates clearly with cross-functional partners, proactively sharing updates and surfacing issues.
Creates documentation that helps keep stakeholders aligned on goals, requirements, and progress.
Builds trust through consistency, follow-through, and willingness to learn.
Works effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to move projects forward.
Contributes to a positive team culture by being collaborative, reliable, and user-focused.
Must Haves:
1–3 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, or a related role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage details across multiple tasks.
Comfort working with data and user feedback to inform decisions.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Curiosity about applying AI tools or capabilities to improve product workflows or user experiences.
Passion for building consumer products and learning core product management skills.
Nice To Have:
Interest in sports, gaming, or fantasy sports.
Experience working with consumer mobile or web products.
Familiarity with basic experimentation methods or product analytics tools.
Exposure to personalization, natural language tools, or other AI-enhanced features.
Understanding of monetization concepts or subscription-based experiences.

The compensation for this position ranges from $76,500.00 - $159,375.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
