Description

Join our rapidly scaling, AI-first team as a Product Manager and become the key owner of our creator tools for knowledge management. This is a high-velocity, execution-first role, strictly focused on daily product operations, GTM alignment, and commercial success.

You will dive straight into daily delivery, driving impactful customer features and critical internal automation initiatives. If you thrive in an environment that demands speed, efficiency, and commercial accountability, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do

    • Operational Product Delivery (Hands-On): Manage the daily, end-to-end delivery process. This is an operational role: you will own the product backlog, write detailed user stories, define clear acceptance criteria, and work tightly with Engineering and Design to ensure consistent, quality feature releases.
    • Leverage AI & Automation: Actively explore and integrate AI tools and automation into the product itself and your internal workflow. Apply your curiosity and knowledge of current AI capabilities to pragmatically identify and implement improvements for development speed and user experience.
    • Deep User Understanding & Advocacy: support a user-centered culture. Partner rigorously with the Product Designer to conduct critical user research and interviews (external and internal). Validate assumptions and transform deep insights into precise product requirements.
    • Drive with Data: Define clear success metrics and rigorously measure feature performance. Use analytics to identify opportunities, structure effective A/B experiments, and make data-informed decisions that fuel continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Build strong relationships across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations. Communicate proactively, manage stakeholder expectations, and align everyone around shared, high-impact goals.
    • Launch and Iterate (Commercial GTM Bridge): Own the entire Go-to-Market cycle, acting as the commercial bridge between Product and overall business success. Work closely with Leadership, Marketing, and Product Design to design and run successful beta programs, pilot tests, and feature launches that directly move business KPIs. Systematically synthesize market reaction and feedback for rapid, commercially-informed iteration.

    What You'll Bring

    • Product Management Experience: 2-4 years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or a technology company, with a verifiable track record of independently shipping products and quantifying their measurable impact.
    • AI & Automation Mindset: Intense curiosity about AI and a proven desire to leverage intelligent tools to improve products and processes in an AI-first culture.
    • Customer Empathy: A genuine passion for users and their challenges. The ability to conduct effective customer conversations and transform qualitative learnings into actionable solutions.
    • Data Fluency: Proficiency with analytics tools; skilled in defining, instrumenting, and interpreting key metrics to guide product strategy.
    • Technical Collaboration: An effective partner to engineers. Able to discuss technical constraints, weigh architectural trade-offs, and help the team make sound building decisions.
    • Execution Focus: An accountable operator who writes exceptionally clear requirements, manages shifting priorities effectively, and ships quality features consistently and on time.
    • Communication: Clear communication in English (company language). Full fluency in German (C1/C2 - written and spoken) is mandatory for this role, required for deep customer research and interaction with our primary customer base.
    • Commercial Acumen & Drive: You have a strong commercial interest and are driven by measurable business outcomes. You understand how GTM initiatives, pricing, and product decisions directly translate into value and revenue, and you are eager to collaborate with commercial teams to drive success.

    Nice-to-Have Qualifications

    • Experience building or shipping AI/ML-powered features.
    • Understanding of workflow automation and process optimization.
    • Prior experience in the domain of creator tools, knowledge management, or editorial software.
    • Background in FinTech, E-commerce, or platform products.

    • A competitive salary.
    • A personal Training & Development budget of € 1,500 per year.
    • Responsibility and trust from day 1.

    • A free BVG ticket.
    • Employee discounts at numerous companies (e.g. at the gym or in online stores).
    • Pension Program with company match.
    • A Culture of equity and Inclusion where you are appreciated for the person you are.
