Tabs, a Series A startup in New York, is seeking an experienced product manager to lead our integration strategy with partners including Netsuite, Sage, Rillet, and Quickbooks Online.

Our typical customer is a high-growth business that sells software or professional services and has a complex business model. Tabs generally sells to the CFO or Controller but is used by accountants, accounts receivable teams, and bookkeepers.
Tabs is a Series A hypergrowth company based in New York that has raised $35m to date from top-tier VCs like Lightspeed and Primary Ventures.
About the TeamWe build and ship quickly with one week cycles and daily releases to production. As a B2B product, the entire software team has access to our customers and frequently takes calls with them to understand their goals and troubleshoot their issues. The software team includes twenty team members across engineering, product management, and design.
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in Netsuite and other ERPs to manage the strategy for our ERP and GL integrations. This includes workflows like syncing sales orders, items and customers; creating sales orders, invoices, payment, and credit memos; and pushing revenue as part of month-end close.
The ideal candidate has built B2B software at early stages and helped to grow a company through multiple rounds of funding. You will coach our team members and customers how to most effectively use an ERP and ideate with company leadership on the most valuable areas for growth in our integration and partnership strategy. When customers require a bespoke integration to accommodate their ERP setup, you will help our solutions team think through a plan and our engineering team to build out that plan.
If you have a CPA license or substantial experience in corporate finance, please mention it in your application.
About You2-6 years of product management experience at high-growth B2B software companies at varying stages including Series B or C
Have worked with in-person teams including software engineers, solutions and implementations, customer service or success, account management or sales, and executive stakeholders
Have run typical agile sprint ceremonies and have opinions on motivating senior engineers while enabling junior ones, scrum vs kanban, weekly vs biweekly sprints, and the role of non-technical leadership in providing product input
Experience with public accounting, financial transformations, or corporate finance. If you are a CPA, we want to hear from you!
