As a Senior Entitlements Product Manager within the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) Product and Platform team at JPMorgan Chase, you will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap and delivery of firm wide data entitlements for AI/ML use cases. You will define policy models, enforce industry standards, and partner with architecture, engineering, security, legal and business stakeholders to enable governed, low-friction access to data across the bank. Your deep expertise in RBAC, ABAC, policy authoring and entitlement technologies will ensure our platform scales securely while controlling risk and compliance exposure.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and socialize a cohesive product strategy and roadmap for firm wide data entitlements in support of AI/ML, analytics and data science initiatives
- Define and author entitlement policies using RBAC, ABAC and hybrid models, aligned to industry standards (e.g., ORDL) for machine readability/processing
- Partner with Identity & Access Management, Security, Architecture and Engineering teams to integrate policy engines, SSO/LDAP directories and entitlement services
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Privacy to embed governance controls and audit capabilities into product releases
- Drive end-user and stakeholder engagement-conduct working sessions, demos and training to ensure adoption of entitlement best practices
- Monitor usage metrics, entitlement violations and risk indicators; iterate on policy and tooling to reduce over-provisioning and insider threat
- Maintain awareness of emerging standards, competitor offerings and regulatory changes to continuously evolve the entitlement platform
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of product management experience, focusing on entitlements, access control or identity governance
- Deep understanding of entitlement paradigms, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and policy-driven models
- Hands-on experience with policy authoring frameworks and entitlement enforcement engines
- Technical fluency in integrating entitlement services via APIs, micro-service architectures and cloud IAM (AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP IAM)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset, capable of translating risk and compliance requirements into scalable product features
- Familiarity with audit, logging and monitoring tools to demonstrate entitlement compliance and drive continuous improvement
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Recognized thought leader within a related field
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business or related field
- Prior experience in financial services or highly regulated environments
- Prior experience leading Product in financial / data platforms
- Certifications in Identity Governance (e.g., Certified Identity and Access Manager), Product Management or Agile/Scrum
- Exposure to emerging technologies such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Explainable AI (EAI)
