We are looking for a strategic, ambitious, and execution-focused product manager to join our team. About the Role
As a Product Manager, you’ll lead product strategy and execution for our AI/agentic initiatives. You will work hand-in-hand with engineering leadership to translate ideas into production-ready solutions that push boundaries in large language models, real-time orchestration, and autonomous agent development. You’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization through launch, iteration, and scaling, while ensuring customer and business impact remain front and center.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy for AI/agentic systems, aligning roadmap with company goals and market opportunities.
- Partner closely with engineering to design and deliver scalable, reliable multi-agent workflows and automation systems.
- Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product requirements, balancing ambitious innovation with practical execution.
- Own the product lifecycle: research, requirements, roadmap, launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Collaborate across design, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and high-quality outcomes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, agent frameworks, and automation, identifying opportunities to apply them in product.
- Ensure products meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of building and launching complex technical products, ideally in AI, automation, or SaaS.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment between product and engineering.
- Strong technical fluency (comfortable engaging in discussions on LLMs, orchestration tools, APIs, and system design).
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity for stakeholders and customers.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
Preferred Experience
- Background in AI/agentic systems, multi-agent architectures, or reinforcement learning.
- Experience with real-time, event-driven, or cloud-native systems.
