Job DescriptionABOUT YOUR ROLE:
A combination of technical marketing and market development role in marketing organization, as the bridge between customer (brand owner, module makers, component maker, converter & distributor) and internal team (R&D, ATS, production, quality, commercial & marcom) to speed up the new market scoping, customer needs clarification and product launch. Improve customer experience and shorten trouble shooting cycle.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Develop and execute overall business strategy for Electronics (Consumer Electronics, Auto Electronics, Display, Semiconductor and Data Center, Electronics Components etc) business in APAC region.
Investigate and summarize market dynamic/trend, value chain, competitor landscape, customer segmentation. Defines product solution value proposition
Deep understanding of product management including the ability to connect business and product line strategy in order to drive meaningful business growth via solid new product roadmap development
P&L ownership for Electronics related product family including portfolio management, pricing strategy, product commercialization
Drive business growth and profitability with cross functional work including commercial teams and other supporting teams.
Work with other business divisions as one Avery Dennison global approach for the electronics industry.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Master with 5+ years’ experience or Bachelor with 7+years’ experience related to electronics & product marketing
Deep understanding for all electronics and electrical industry, experience of material solution or PSA & adhesive application will be a plus
Familiar with electronics value chain, process flow and customer qualification process
Good cross functional/regional communication and customer interaction skill
Good written and spoken English
