Product Manager Ecommerce UX & CRO (m/f/d)

  • in leading the strategy, development, and execution of User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI) design, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across digital platforms.
  • in defining and championing the overall product design vision, ensuring a consistent, intuitive, and engaging user experience that aligns with business objectives.
  • in driving data-driven decision-making by identifying opportunities for conversion improvement through user research, A/B testing, and analysis of user behavior and performance metrics.
  • in overseeing the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization, wireframing, and prototyping to final UI specifications and implementation, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • in collaborating closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, and marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions that enhance user journeys and drive measurable conversion uplift.
  • in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, conversion rates, and design effectiveness, continuously iterating and optimizing based on insights.

You’ll have

  • a proven track record of 5+ years in UX/UI design, product design, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) within a fast-paced digital or e-commerce environment.
  • demonstrated expertise with leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and experience with A/B testing platforms and web analytics tools.
  • strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, conduct user research, and translate insights into actionable design and optimization strategies.
  • excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Engineers, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, usability best practices, and various conversion optimization methodologies.
  • a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A compelling portfolio showcasing successful design and CRO projects with measurable impact is essential.

Skills Required
