Your missionAbout the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a mission to lead Eau Thermale Avène, the N°1 Dermocosmetics brand in France, to reach top 3 in the Greek market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for adapting and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth and market share. This role requires deep knowledge of beauty brand product management and consumer activation in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Adapt global marketing strategy to local consumer and maret needs and implement the local marketing plan to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, consumer needs, and feedback global brand teams.
Product Management:
- Oversee the products lifecycle of the given portfolio in the local market and assure smooth product information flow with the colaborating teams
- Participate in Sales forecasting to assure proper product availability in line with market demand.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Co-design and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns (retail, medical, media).
- Manage advertising and promotional budgets effectively, monitor ROI and propose actions for improvement
Sales and Medical teams Support:
- Work closely with the field forces teams, conduct trade visits and collect feedback
- Develop sales tools and training materials to drive HCP activation
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve Sales and Market Share targets.
Brand Development:
- Enhance the brand image and positioning in the local market.
- Ensure the consistency of the brand communication

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product or brand management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Beauty industry (Dermocosmetics is an advantage)
- Proven success record in brand's Market share growth delivery
Education background:
- Master degree in Marketing or Pharmacy
Language skills:
- Fluent in Greek and English
