The Product Manager for Disbursements will drive the growth and usage of disbursement products among partners. This role is responsible for defining product strategies, analyzing key performance metrics, and delivering data-driven solutions to improve product performance. The role also works closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches, enhance partner and customer experience, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and partner growth.
You will be responsible for the following:
Drive the growth and usage of Disbursement products among partners by developing and executing product strategies
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and conduct root cause analysis to address issues or identify opportunities
Manage and prioritize the product roadmap together with the Product Owner to support successful product launches
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for partners and users
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product improvements and new features
Support the implementation of data-driven marketing and product initiatives
Develop strategies to maximize revenue potential and growth for partners
Ensure readiness and alignment across teams during product launches
We are looking for:
At least 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Project Management, or a related field
Experience in FinTech or Banking is an advantage but not required
Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into business recommendations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Experience in financial management or P&L reporting is a plus
Strong sense of ownership, resourcefulness, and leadership when working with internal and external stakeholders
