Job Description:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for SLI's digital enablement initiatives, ensuring digital products and platforms deliver measurable value to agents, bancassurance partners, and end customers. This role fills the gap created by the transfer of the Digital Enablement function from the Chief Marketing & Client Officer to the IT & Digital function, and acts as the primary product voice bridging business needs with technology delivery.

  • Product management fundamentals: road mapping, backlog management, user story writing, prioritization frameworks (e.g. RICE, MoSCoW)

  • Digital product lifecycle management in financial services or insurance context

  • Agile/Scrum methodology; ability to work in sprint-based delivery environments

  • Understanding of digital distribution channels: agency portals, bancassurance platforms, mobile apps

  • Stakeholder management and facilitation skills across business and technology teams

  • Basic UX principles; ability to collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers

  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent

  • Data literacy: ability to define metrics, interpret dashboards, and drive product decisions from insights

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital project delivery.

  • Demonstrated experience managing digital products end-to-end from ideation to launch.

  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or fintech is strongly preferred.

  • Professional Product Management certification (e.g. CSPO, PMPO) is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

  • Product Roadmap & Strategy

    Define, maintain, and prioritize the Digital Enablement product roadmap in alignment with SLI's digital strategy; translate business objectives into clearly scoped product initiatives with measurable outcomes.

  • Requirements & Backlog Management

    Gather, document, and refine product requirements from business stakeholders; maintain a well-prioritized backlog and ensure delivery teams have clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria at all times.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    Serve as the primary liaison between the Digital Enablement business owners, IT delivery teams, and external vendors; facilitate alignment on scope, timelines, and trade-offs across all parties.

  • Product Delivery Oversight

    Monitor delivery progress against roadmap commitments; identify risks and blockers early, escalate where necessary, and ensure products are launched with quality, on time, and adopted effectively by end users.

  • Performance Measurement

    Define and track key product metrics (adoption, engagement, conversion); use data to make evidence-based decisions on product iteration and prioritization in collaboration with the Product Growth Manager.
