As a Product Manager at JPMorganChase within the Consumer & Community Banking Digital Acquisition Growth team, you will own performance management frameworks that connect digital activity to new account outcomes, account quality, and customer engagement. You will partner closely with data, marketing, operations strategy, analytics, and business stakeholders to build reporting and visualization capabilities that provide leadership with clear, real-time visibility into what is working and why. You will translate complex performance signals into actionable narratives that sharpen prioritization, strengthen roadmap decisions, and embed a data-driven operating model across the organization.

Job responsibilities

  • Build and own an end-to-end performance management framework across digital growth and acquisition, self-service, and digital engagement, establishing a macro-funnel view and scorecard tied to business outcomes
  • Design and evolve automated dashboards and visualizations with data and analytics partners to deliver timely, decision-ready views of acquisition, engagement, satisfaction, and servicing outcomes
  • Integrate and harmonize data across digital analytics platforms and enterprise data sources to create a trusted, consistent source of truth for performance reporting
  • Translate data into executive-ready narratives that explain drivers, highlight key levers, and inform prioritization and investment decisions
  • Evaluate tests, experiments, and initiatives using rigorous measurement approaches to quantify impact and guide roadmap trade-offs
  • Enable self-service reporting capabilities so partners can independently monitor results, learn from performance, and improve day-to-day decisions
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across the acquisition funnel, including signals tied to risk, loss prevention, and high-value customer engagement
  • Apply appropriate analytics and artificial intelligence tools to improve insight generation, streamline reporting workflows, and increase operational efficiency
  • Influence leaders and partners as a thought partner, introducing new frameworks and operating rhythms that raise performance management maturity

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Seven years of experience in digital analytics, growth analytics, performance management, commercial analytics, or a related field
  • Proven ability to connect data to business outcomes and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders through structured storytelling
  • Proficiency with digital analytics platforms (for example, Adobe Analytics or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (for example, Tableau or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience building automated dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks from the ground up
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or another highly regulated industry
  • Experience with digital acquisition, growth marketing, or customer lifecycle analytics
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning tools used for analytics workflows (for example, Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar)
  • Experience designing performance management operating rhythms (for example, weekly business reviews, KPI governance, metric definitions)
  • Experience building measurement capabilities in a newly formed or scaling teamnce building performance management capabilities within a newly formed or scaling team
