Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Product Manager to join our team that is building our Decisioning Platform for Credit, Compliance and Supplier evaluations. This team delivers the primary customer experience for our B2B portfolio management and counterparty decisioning product. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shipping impactful products, driving adoption initiatives, and thriving in a fast-paced global environment.
This role demands close collaboration with designers, engineers, and product managers across multiple regions, requiring fluency in English and either Portuguese or Spanish. The ideal candidate will bring a strong experience in building platforms B2B, understanding pain points, proposing solutions and validating with stakeholders, with a plus of technical acumen and comfort working with APIs and debugging complex systems. Background in financial services, credit, compliance or procurement is also a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the entire delivery lifecycle of agile development, from concept to release.
Collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, and product managers to shape the customer experience.
Work in a global environment, navigating cross-regional teams and diverse cultures.
Ensure delivery excellence for a product focused on B2B portfolio management and counterparty decisioning.
Drive product adoption initiatives to maximize revenue, impact and value for customers.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on shipping high-quality customer-facing products (specially B2B platforms).
Proven experience working in agile teams and collaborating across disciplines.
Fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish.
Strong technical expertise, including debugging and working with APIs.
Experience in driving adoption initiatives and achieving measurable results.
Understanding of financial services, credit, compliance and/or procurement is an advantage.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
