Responsibilities:
- Own and manage data product initiatives in partnership with Data Engineering and business teams.
- Develop a strong understanding of data models, data pipelines, and dashboard/reporting environments.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and product requirements.
- Use Linear (or similar project tracking tools) for sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
- Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution and communicate project updates
- Oversee dashboard maintenance and enhancements to ensure reporting accuracy and business alignment.
- Support roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and end-to-end delivery of data-focused products.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with data or analytics products.
- Strong understanding of data models, dashboards/reporting, and Data Engineering workflows.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
- Hands-on experience with Linear, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Analytics/Data teams is highly preferred.
