Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:
Co-lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data platform capabilities, delivering scalable data products and services across the Alegeus portfolio.
Collaborate with Data Engineering (Bangalore-based), AI, and Data Science teams to build reusable platform capabilities that support data ingestion, transformation, access, and AI enablement.
Partner with domain Product Managers to integrate data and insights into compelling end-user experiences for partners, employers, and participants.
Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure the data platform supports both operational and analytical use cases, and aligns with overall business strategy.
Lead iterative discovery and validation of high-potential data platform concepts using market trends, customer feedback, analytics, and competitive intelligence.
Oversee product lifecycle execution across multiple scrum teams, ensuring efficient delivery of high-impact data capabilities at scale.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT
Alegeus colleagues are known as problem-solvers, risk-takers, and innovative thinkers. As a Product Manager, Data Platform, these skills are essential for success:
Abilities: Deep technical fluency in data architectures, modeling, transformation pipelines, and modern data platforms.
Experience: Over 7 years of B2B product management experience, ideally in platform, data, or infrastructure roles within SaaS or enterprise technology companies. Proven track record of building and scaling data platforms, data APIs, and reusable services, with experience in data lakehouses, real-time processing, or governed self-service data. Experience working in enterprise SaaS environments, particularly within regulated industries such as healthcare or fintech.
Education: BA/BS required, computer science, computer engineering, information systems, business, or similar field preferred.
Location: Bangalore.
