As a Product Manager within the Data and Analytics team, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. You leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.
Job responsibilities
- Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
- Lead the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth.
- Coach and mentor the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives.
- Own product performance and be accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Partner with security, risk, governance to embed policy as code, access controls, and user entitlements features into the platform.
- Maintain strong awareness of industry trends in modern data stacks, AI-driven data observability, and cloud-native metadata management and governance standards.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Proven experience in product management at an executive level, within a large organization.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, product development skills and being able to manage up and drive consistent messaging across diverse portfolios.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with practical and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Recognized thought leader within a related field.
- Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
- Experience with modern metadata management platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration into data observability, quality checks, or intelligent alerting.
