The ideal candidate is data-driven, curious, and deeply user-focused. • Write clear, detailed product specifications and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in growth strategies, PLG tactics, and EdTech engagement patterns

Experiences & Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on growth or product-led growth in a SaaS or consumer product
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to drive decisions and growth experiments
  • Demonstrated success leading growth initiatives that resulted in measurable increases in activation, engagement, or retention
  • Experience with core platform product work that supports scalable growth
  • Strong technical fluency and comfort working with engineering teams
  • Experience working closely with design, marketing, and customer-facing teams
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A growth mindset, bias toward action, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong desire to work at an early-stage startup on a small team. Nimble, scrappy and adaptable. Can roll with the punches and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
  • A positive, can-do attitude. You’re not deterred by minor setbacks and are able to swiftly overcome ambiguity
