Partner with cross-functional teams to support analytics launches through training, enablement materials, documentation, and adoption strategies.
Maintain strong domain knowledge while serving as a subject matter expert on BigFuture’s analytics capabilities, data assets, and measurement strategy.

Support and enable business analysts and data analysts by ensuring analytics tools, datasets, and documentation meet their needs for efficient insight generation.
Maintain a prioritized backlog of analytics work, balancing business value, technical complexity, data quality, and strategic objectives.
Drive delivery through active participation in Agile ceremonies—refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives—fostering continuous improvement and alignment.
Monitor analytics initiatives to identify risks related to data quality, performance, or adoption, and proactively resolve blockers.
