What’s the role all about?

As a Product Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle of software products and solutions—from ideation and analysis to execution, launch, and continuous adaptation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of domain experts and leaders across engineering, sales, marketing, professional services, operations, and more, driving strategic projects and initiatives to successful completion.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and prioritizing the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with customer and market needs while supporting the company’s overall goals.

You will report to the Sr. Director of Platform Product Management and play a key role within the Product team. We’re seeking a results-oriented professional who is driven to deliver impactful outcomes, foster team collaboration, and translate ideas into clear plans and actionable priorities, while communicating effectively and maintaining a sense of urgency.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on role that demands strong commitment, accountability, adaptability, strategic planning, and a creative, entrepreneurial mindset.

How will you make an impact?

  • Drive the product strategy and roadmap definition, and collaborate with the product team and leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives, product vision and customer feedback
  • Strive to be a subject matter expert in your strategic focus area(s), understand the challenges our customers face, and define new opportunities to improve our customers’ experience
  • Effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, and requirements to the multi-functional product team, ensuring alignment and seamless product launches and releases
  • Engage daily with the development team: facilitate discussions, participate in refinement and provide clarification, provide input on requirement acceptance criteria, testing and design activities and make quick data-driven decisions
  • Analyze competitors and market trends, with a focus on emerging technologies and capabilities. Identify product advantages, challenges, and unmet market needs, and prioritize roadmap and marketing activities to address them.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to bring products to market, working together on go-to-market strategies for launches that impact sales, prospects, customers and partners.
  • Ensure all aspects of product launches are thoroughly planned, including coordinating timelines with sales, services, and lead customers to ensure smooth delivery and implementation.
  • Take ownership of key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining high-quality standards, and holding yourself and the team accountable for meeting goals and expectations..

Do you have what it takes?

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Proven track record of launching and managing complex SaaS products
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and experiment with minimal direction
  • Experience leading the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process, from concept through to successful launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, timely execution, and market readiness.
  • Familiarity with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions
  • Knowledge of enterprise business processes and experience with AI, Workflow Management, and Business Process Automation
  • Strong understanding of key Product Management principles, Agile Scrum, and UX-Centered Design
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal, tailored to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate toward common goals
  • A unique blend of business and technical expertise, with the ability to lead teams of world-class software developers while keeping a big-picture vision
