- Own the CX Tooling Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and maintain a roadmap that aligns with Ops, Fraud Ops, Credits, and Compliance OKRs.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure all internal tools scale safely within a regulated environment, incorporating compliance and fraud needs by default.
- Engineering Partnership: Partner closely with Engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery and fast iteration cycles.
- Operational Efficiency: Drastically improve CX and Ops efficiency by identifying manual bottlenecks and launching automated or streamlined tooling solutions.
- Data Centralization: Build and maintain a single source of truth for CX data visibility to drive informed decision-making across the company.
- Multi-product Support: Future-proof internal tools to ensure they can support multiple financial products seamlessly.
- Proven Experience: Experience building, owning, or scaling internal tools or back-office platforms, preferably within Fintech or high-growth environments.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to interact with diverse Business Units (Ops, Fraud, Compliance, Engineering) and drive alignment across competing priorities.
- Operational Translation: The ability to take messy, real-world Ops pain points and translate them into clear, actionable PRDs.
- Data Proficiency: Strong data-driven decision-making skills; comfortable using SQL and building dashboards to measure tool performance and operational health.
- UX/UI Sensibility: A strong ability to design user experiences (UX) for internal users; we believe internal tools should be as intuitive as customer-facing ones.
- Low-Code Expertise: Experience building or prototyping in low-code environments to speed up time-to-market for internal solutions.
- Agile Mindset: A "bias for action" and the ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity, moving fast even when perfect clarity is missing.
- Fluent in English & Spanish.
