Why this role is awesome:As a Product Manager based in Las Vegas, you’ll be at the epicenter of our only operational market, giving you a unique opportunity to directly influence the customer experience and product direction. Being embedded close to our users and operations team allows you to gather real-time insights, quickly resolve pain points, and ensure that product decisions align with actual market needs. You'll serve as a critical link between our local service and our global product development teams in Berlin, shaping solutions that directly impact our most active user base. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with visibility and ownership over key user-facing improvements.
What you'll be driving:Customer Insight & Feedback Integration
Act as the primary conduit between Las Vegas operations and Berlin product teams. Collect and categorize customer feedback, prioritize issues, and champion solutions that address real-world problems.Product Discovery & Validation
Lead localized user research through interviews, focus groups, and market analysis. Validate feature ideas with actual users and ensure the product roadmap is grounded in customer demand.Feature Development & Quality Assurance
Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring smooth, high-quality feature rollouts. Collaborate closely with engineering and design to troubleshoot and refine new features before launch.Operational Alignment & Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner closely with Las Vegas operations to align product features with service realities. Serve as the on-the-ground liaison with Berlin teams to ensure transparency and alignment.Roadmap & Strategic Adaptation
Continuously inform and adapt the product roadmap based on evolving market demands. Contribute to long-term product strategy in Las Vegas, helping us stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 3–5 years of experience in a product management role, or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Hands-on experience building mobile apps, especially in automotive or transportation industries.

What We Do
Vay's first commercial service is now live in Las Vegas, Nevada: By-minute rental cars. Delivered driverless.
Vay is the first company to drive a car without a person inside on public streets in Europe and the US, enabled by teledriving (e.g. remote driving) technology. Vay aims to launch a sustainable, affordable, door-to-door mobility service with remotely driven ("teledriven") cars: Teledrivers bring an electric car to the customer and pick it up after the journey is completed, eliminating the time-consuming search for a parking spot for the customer. While in the car, the customers drive themselves.
Vay sees teledriving as an alternative approach to autonomous driving and aims to gradually introduce autonomous functions in its system based on high-quality teledrive data.
Vay was founded in Berlin in 2018 by Thomas von der Ohe, Fabrizio Scelsi and Bogdan Djukic. Vay's team of 150+ people combines the best of two worlds - software & product experience from Silicon Valley and automotive hardware & safety engineering from Europe. The company has offices in Berlin and Hamburg, Germany, as well as in Las Vegas, USA. Vay raised a USD 95m Series B funding round.
