The Role
Redpin is looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the vision and development of our global consumer FX product. This role is a high stakes opportunity to own product development for the end-to-end consumer journey for the largest revenue driver of our business. The scope includes the registration and activation journey, including KYC and onboarding, and enhancing dashboard UI, developing fintech capabilities like digital wallet management, the online trading experience, and other key features. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape a consumer-centric experience both online and offline, ensuring our FX capabilities are deeply embedded across our platform and ready to grow alongside our expansion into property and broader financial services.
What you'll do
- Optmize our onboarding and registration journey, partnering with our compliance teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Lead the end-to-end development of the Consumer FX product, identifying market opportunities, defining the product vision, and driving the strategy for new features and innovations.
- Develop a strategy for a multi-channel journey, ensuring the experience is tailored to individual customers' needs.
- Work with multiple engineering and cross-functional teams to create scalable, compliant, and feature-rich consumer FX products with a strong focus on user experience.
- Build core product features that support high-value, cross-border transactions, with the goal of creating a robust consumer wallet for property payments and other financial needs.
- Lead the development of a dynamic pricing system, connecting all the previous points, ensuring business continuity and user adoption.
- Product Expertise: Proven experience in developing high-quality application layer products with a strong user interface and front-end design emphasis.
- Fintech Background: Experience with B2C fintech products is mandatory, with a comprehensive understanding of banking and payment networks, Including key players, payment rails, and models.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand business goals and translate them into product opportunities
- Stakeholder Management: A proven track record in building high quality and robust features working with stakeholders from engineering, compliance, marketing & design.
- Technical Expertise: Good grasp of customer engagement strategies and products and have a keen interest or experience in working with financial service products
- Analytical Mindset: You're data driven, passionate about metrics, and intellectually objective about how product is performing and driven to continuously improve it
- Clear Communication: You can communicate clearly to a wide range of audiences and partner closely with engineering leaders
- Product Growth: Hands on, keen to learn and can deal with ambiguity as we explore new markets for growth

- Experience in KYC and Onboarding, embedding a seamless digital experience, understanding key demographic changes.
- You have worked in complex pricing challenges and optimized it connecting it with the customer journey.
- Ideally an engineering or technical background, essential to have a keen interest in international payments, compliance and technology
- Deep knowledge of international payments, FX, and consumer money movement, ideally with experience in banking products like current accounts, savings, or virtual accounts.
