Job Description

Job Description:  

 

  • You will be responsible for implementing and configuring CRM systems to meet business requirements. 

  • Managing CRM system updates, upgrades, and troubleshooting and ensure system security and data privacy compliance. 

  • Proficient in APIs functionality and configurations for setting up workflows, integrating data from source systems, and managing data modifications and configurations within CRMs 

  • Oversee data migration and integration from various sources ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the CRM. 

  • Develop and manage data cleaning and deduplication processes and involvement in developing and maintaining APIs and other integration points. 

  • Customize CRM workflows, fields, and objects to align with business processes to develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making. 

  • Create and maintain documentation for system configuration and customizations. 

  • Gather user feedback and implement improvements to enhance the user experience. 

  • Lead CRM-related projects and initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. 

 

Skills: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience as a technical CRM specialist or in a similar role with experience with implementing CRM workflows and automations. 

  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot). 

  • Proficiency in SQL, experience with data analysis tools, and experience with CRM integrations and APIs. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and hands on marketing automation tools and techniques. 

  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and customer experience management.
