About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve Flex CRM, Cyncly's CRM and commercial workflow platform serving kitchen, bath, and flooring retailers across Europe and North America.
Flex CRM sits at the heart of the retailer's sales journey from capturing and managing leads through design, quoting, pricing, and ultimately converting opportunities into revenue.
This is a high-impact product role where you will work at the intersection of customer workflows, commercial software, and complex business operations. You will translate real customer problems and business needs into simple, scalable product experiences that help retailers sell more effectively.
You will own your product area end-to-end from customer discovery and product strategy through prioritization, delivery, launch, and measuring outcomes.

About the Team
The Flex Platform team operates through small, autonomous, cross-functional pods, with each pod accountable for a defined product area and outcome.
As the PM for the CRM pod, you will be the primary product decision-maker, working closely with engineering, design, QA, architecture, and business stakeholders.
You will have the autonomy to determine what problems to solve, why they matter, what to build, and how to measure whether it worked.

Key Position Responsibilities include:
Product Strategy & Discovery

  • Own the Flex CRM product vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how retailers manage leads, customers, opportunities, designs, quotes, pricing, and payments.
  • Regularly engage with customers, users, and customer-facing teams to identify problems and validate opportunities.
  • Translate customer needs, business priorities, market trends, and product data into clear product opportunities.
  • Define product hypotheses, evaluate alternatives, and make informed trade-offs.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify complex retailer workflows and create scalable capabilities that can support multiple markets and customer segments.

CRM & Commercial Workflows

  • Own and evolve key workflows across the retailer's customer and revenue journey, including:
  • Lead and opportunity management
  • Customer and project management
  • Quote creation, versioning, and lifecycle
  • Pricing, markup, discount, and commercial rules
  • Design-to-quote workflows and integration with design applications
  • Payment workflows
  • Customer and consumer communication
  • Notifications and follow-up workflows
  • Enterprise and multi-location workflows
  • You will not simply manage a feature backlog you will continuously look for ways to improve the end-to-end customer journey from lead to revenue.

Platform & Cross-Product Collaboration

  • Work closely with other Flex Platform pods and product teams where CRM intersects with payments, catalog, design, consumer collaboration, integrations, data, and other platform capabilities.
  • Define clear product boundaries, integration requirements, and data contracts in partnership with engineering and architecture.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage shared platform capabilities rather than creating product-specific solutions.
  • Help ensure CRM capabilities can scale across Cyncly products, markets, and customer segments.

Global Product & Commercial Complexity

  • Shape product capabilities that work across European and North American markets, balancing global consistency with local requirements.
  • Partner with engineering and relevant business stakeholders on complex areas such as taxation, VAT, pricing, and country-specific commercial requirements.
  • Work with appropriate subject-matter experts to translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable product solutions.
  • Balance local market needs with the long-term goal of maintaining a coherent global product.
  • Product Delivery
  • Own and prioritize the CRM backlog in partnership with engineering.
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and architecture throughout discovery and delivery.
  • Make product decisions quickly and resolve ambiguity without unnecessary escalation.
  • Balance customer value, business impact, technical complexity, scalability, and time-to-market.
  • Ensure successful launches and adoption of new capabilities.

Outcomes & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track meaningful product outcomes and success metrics.
  • Monitor adoption, workflow completion, quote conversion, customer engagement, and other relevant product signals.
  • Use product data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI to reduce manual work and improve retailer productivity.
  • Turn customer and usage insights into future roadmap priorities.

Go-to-Market & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and business unit leaders on product positioning, launches, and customer adoption.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap decisions, and releases clearly across R&D and GTM.
  • Support enterprise customers and strategic implementations where product input is required.
  • Build alignment across stakeholders and influence decisions without direct authority.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, retail technology, commerce, or another workflow-intensive domain.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a product area from discovery through delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong customer-first instinct, you regularly engage with users and use customer insight to shape product decisions.
  • Strong commercial understanding and an ability to connect product decisions to customer value and business outcomes.
  • Experience working with complex workflows, configurable business rules, pricing, or other domain-heavy product areas.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to write clear, concise product requirements and communicate effectively with engineering, design, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working closely with engineering and understanding technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, data models, and system boundaries.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, particularly across teams and geographies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and use product metrics to evaluate success.

Good to Have:

  • Experience building CRM, CPQ, quoting, payments, commerce, ERP, or retail software.

  • Experience working across European and North American markets.
