Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for Technical Product Manager to join our ever evolving Global Product team within Global Payments Europe and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
Own the end-to-end payment processing platform across POS and eCommerce channels, covering authorisation, transaction routing, tokenisation, settlement, reconciliation, and lifecycle management.
Define and execute the product roadmap for payment gateways, APIs, integration services, and processing capabilities, prioritising initiatives based on business value, scalability, and platform reliability.
Lead payment integrations and platform architecture, managing hosted solutions, SDKs, APIs, and industry-standard protocols including ISO 8583, REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with engineering teams on API design, processing workflows, non-functional requirements, and production readiness across EMEA, APAC regions.
Drive product performance and continuous optimisation through KPI ownership, monitoring authorisation success rates, transaction performance, platform availability, and customer outcomes to inform roadmap decisions.
What you’ll bring
8-10+ years of Technical Product Management experience delivering complex payment platform capabilities, API products, and transaction processing solutions within fintech, payments, or software environments.
Strong knowledge of payment architectures and transaction lifecycles, including authorisation, routing, settlement, gateway integrations, APIs, and industry-standard messaging protocols.
Hands-on experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, managing product backlogs, creating functional and product briefs, defining acceptance criteria, and partnering closely with engineering teams throughout the SDLC.
Proven ability to solve complex integration and platform challenges, using data-driven analysis to identify root causes, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver scalable, resilient solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to align engineering, operations, commercial, and executive audiences while driving product outcomes and technical decision-making.
