Product Manager - Consumer Applications

The Embedded Finance team at Fiserv is transforming complex banking rails into seamless, API-first experiences that power the world’s most innovative platforms. We are looking for a Product Manager who lives at the intersection of deep tech and human-centric design. It’s an opportunity to architect the "zero-to-one" financial products that will define the next decade of digital commerce and adopt AI-driven strategies to launch exceptional, predictive experiences.

What does a successful Product Manager do at Fiserv?

As a successful Product Manager, you will be working in a cross-functional team and you will bring your background and experience working with consumer technology products to build world class fintech products.

What you will do:

  • Define the product vision and long-term roadmap for embedded offerings, such as payments, card issuing, lending, or banking-as-a-service (BaaS)

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirement gathering to launch and post-launch optimization

  • Evaluate and work with external partners to integrate third party services into the core platform

  • Design and build core payment services that create a great user experience

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to align technical specifications with business objectives

  • Work with customer support to identify, prioritize and resolve production issues

  • Navigate complex regulatory environments (e.g., AML, KYC, data privacy) and embed compliance directly into the product design

What you will need to have:

  • 6+ years of work experience in product management

  • Experience of building and scaling consumer applications with large user base

  • Proficiency in using data analytics and performance metrics (e.g., KPIs, OKRs) to inform prioritization and measure success

  • Strong communication skills to synthesize complex technical topics for executive-level audiences and external partners

  • Ability to execute high value projects while dealing with competing priorities

  • Ability to think strategically with solving short term problems while continuing to focus on long term needs of the business

What would be great to have:

  • Experience and understanding of payment rails, money movement, lending/credit products, or regulated financial environments

  • Experience in developing products for and collaborating with high-profile clients (companies)

Ce que vous devez avoir:

  • De 6 à 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de produit.

  • Capacité à plonger dans les détails techniques au besoin.

  • Expérience confirmée en tant que gestionnaire de produit pour des applications mobiles et web.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, avec la capacité de s’adresser à des publics techniques et non techniques.

  • Capacité à mener à bien des projets à forte valeur ajoutée tout en gérant des priorités concurrentes.

  • Capacité à penser de manière stratégique en résolvant des problèmes à court terme tout en gardant le cap sur les besoins à long terme de l’entreprise.

Atouts appréciés :

  • Expérience antérieure dans le développement de produits pour des clients de grande envergure et collaboration avec ceux-ci.

  • Expérience en technologie et en design, avec une bonne compréhension des processus de développement agile.

  • Diplôme en ingénierie, en informatique ou équivalent, combiné à une expérience en gestion de produit.

  • Expérience dans la documentation des exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles ainsi que des notes de version pour les parties prenantes internes et externes.
