About the Role
The Product Manager – Connectivity & Voice is responsible for the strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of Aureon’s connectivity and voice services portfolio. This includes Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Business Internet (BI), Ethernet services (EPL/EVPL), SIP trunking, and hosted voice and switching platforms.
This role operates at the intersection of technology and business, translating network capabilities into market-ready solutions that drive growth and deliver value to Aureon’s cooperative partners and business customers. The Product Manager collaborates closely with network engineering, operations, sales, and leadership to define product direction, optimize pricing and packaging, and ensure successful go-to-market execution.
The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in telecommunications or network-based services—gained through experience with a carrier, ISP, CLEC, or enterprise environment—and has the ability to evolve from a technical understanding into a more strategic, customer-focused product management role. This individual should be comfortable engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders, bridging operational realities with business priorities.
