About the Role

The Product Manager, Cloud Infrastructure plays a critical role in shaping the platform capabilities that support Arctic Wolf’s expanding product portfolio. You’ll partner closely with Platform Engineering, Architecture, and other Product teams to design, deliver, and optimize core infrastructure services across the full lifecycle—from development through live operations and continuous improvement.

You will help define and execute the Cloud Infrastructure roadmap, ensuring our platform evolves to meet the growing scale, performance, and compliance needs of the business. This includes driving requirements for APIs, tooling, deployment automation, and data models that empower internal development teams and enhance our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Cloud Infrastructure product roadmap aligned with Arctic Wolf’s business strategy.

  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to plan system interfaces, data models, and platform capabilities.

  • Develop and track success metrics technical, operational, and financial to evaluate feature and platform performance.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to maintain a prioritized backlog, define clear requirements, and support delivery of infrastructure enhancements.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support scalability, reliability, and compliance goals across the organization.

  • Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation within the platform ecosystem.

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management or relevant internship/work experience, ideally with exposure to infrastructure, cloud platforms, or developer tools.

  • Strong understanding of agile development, roadmap planning, and backlog management.

  • Technical fluency in cloud-native concepts (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, APIs, CI/CD, observability).

  • Proven ability to work across technical and non-technical teams with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to balance strategic priorities and tactical execution.

  • Passion for enabling engineering teams and delivering foundational technologies that scale.

Security Requirements

The base salary range for this job family is 103,000 to 211,000 CAD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
