As a Product Manager in our Integrations Tribe, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing Yuno’s payment method ecosystem. From prioritizing and optimizing user experiences for all payment methods to integrating new ones, you’ll lead with a user-first approach while aligning with business objectives and commercial strategy. Your mission will be to develop a provider ecosystem recognized as best-in-class across all regions, consistently surpassing customer expectations by balancing user-driven demand with strategic revenue opportunities and prioritization.

🟣 Your challenge at Yuno 

Ownership & Strategy:

• Own and optimize a portfolio of PSPs, Acquirers, APMs, and Fraud Prevention providers to ensure cutting-edge connectivity and continuous feature availability.

• Drive the implementation of a winning product strategy, maximizing ROI and aligning with business goals.

• Identify opportunities to elevate the UX for all payment methods, ensuring a seamless experience for end users.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead the engineering team, own the backlog, and prioritize development efforts for maximum impact.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Leadership, Marketing, Business Development, Account Management) and external partners to align on strategic goals and deliver exceptional results.

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with ecosystem partners and senior internal leaders.

Research & Innovation:

• Conduct user research and engage with the ecosystem to ensure Yuno delivers the best experiences in payments.

• Write detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to support the engineering team’s success.

🟣 Skills you need

• Fluency English is a must

• 3-5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in payments.

• Strong product sense with a keen eye for UX and user-centered design.

• Proficiency with technical tools like Postman and Insomnia for API testing and debugging.

• Ability to interpret APIs and ensure seamless integration and functionality.

• Experience in startup environments is a plus, showcasing adaptability and energy in high-paced settings.

• Preferable degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent.
