We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager with Chartered Accountancy (CA) background to lead the development and implementation of our SaaS product (Fidivio) that offers accounting and financial planning and analysis for loyalty programs. The ideal candidate combines deep finance and accounting expertise with strong product leadership capabilities to further build Fidivio into the world’s leading SaaS tool for loyalty accounting and financial planning and analysis.
About the role:
As a Product Manager for Fidivio, you will own it’s roadmap , translating complex financial workflows and compliance requirements into elegant, scalable product solutions. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and all other business teams to build products that make a real difference.
What you'll do:
- Own the complete product lifecycle, including discovery, requirement definition, execution, launch, adoption, and continuous enhancement including future roadmap.
- Act as the accounting domain SME within the product team and translate accounting workflows, financial controls, audit processes, and reporting requirements into scalable product features.
- Ensure product compliance with financial standards such as IFRS 15 and other applicable frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, UX, AI/ML, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless product delivery and business alignment.
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, communicate product capabilities, gather feedback, and validate product requirements to drive continuous product improvement and customer success.
- Monitor product performance using data and analytics to improve customer adoption, engagement, retention, and overall business impact.
- Create and maintain clear product documentation including PRDs, user stories, business cases, GTM plans, release documentation, and success metrics.
- Support go-to-market initiatives including product positioning, demos, pre-sales discussions, and customer onboarding.
- Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging trends in financial technology and accounting.
An Ideal candidate:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory.
- 5–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, and audit functions with strong expertise in IFRS and related financial standards.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, compliance frameworks, controls, and enterprise finance processes.
- Ability to translate complex finance and accounting workflows into scalable technology and product solutions.
- Strong customer empathy with the ability to understand user pain points and build intuitive, value-driven financial products.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong blend of commercial acumen, strategic thinking, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear product artifacts such as PRDs, user stories, business requirements, process flows, release notes, and GTM documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with strong attention to detail and execution excellence.
