Associate Product Manager - Cards & Digital Wallets

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for owning, maintaining, and scaling the core infrastructure that powers all card-related services, ensuring reliability, compliance, and seamless integration across systems.
• Partner with stakeholders across N26 to define your team goals and drive it to achieve success.
• Receive support from different areas in the company in order to identify pain points and opportunities, brainstorm solutions and impact customers’ lives.
• Work with other product managers, designers and engineers across the organization to improve the day to day payment experience for N26 Cards.
• Collaborate with external partners aiming to improve our cards performance and be updated with the latest market trends. 
• Build a holistic view of the challenges and opportunities, and then develop technical solutions that empower our customers to make card payments frictionless and secure. 
• Ensure product rollouts are delivered successfully by working cross-functionally with local market teams, marketing, operations, compliance, and engineering.
• Give a great purpose to your SQL skills to measure impact and track results.

• 2 - 3 years experience in Product Management ideally gained in a FinTech, banking environment, payment processor (or similar)
• Experience with Cards networks (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard), or Cards’ processors is a plus
• STEM, business, economics undergraduate. MBA, MS or equivalent would be a plus.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills (you are familiar with SQL)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of agile product development and delivery.
• Excellent technical acumen, curiosity, and familiarity with new technologies, API’s, programming languages, and databases.
