Role Overview
The Product Manager, Secure Card On File Tokenization (Localization), role will be responsible for managing Secure card on file tokenization related product initiatives including owning epics end to end, documentation, developer content, and customer enablement materials.
This individual will work across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Regional Teams, Customer Delivery, and external partners to translate business requirements into clear technical documentation and scalable product capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities
Localization Product Ownership• Support product strategy and roadmap execution for Secure Card on File Tokenization initiatives, with a focus on localization.• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define, document, and refine platform requirements.• Translate customer, regional, and internal stakeholder feedback into actionable product enhancements.
Technical Documentation & Developer Experience• Serve as the primary author and owner of developer documentation.• Create and help maintain Developer Zone content, integration guides, API documentation, FAQs, implementation playbooks, onboarding materials, and technical reference guides.• Ensure all documentation remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with platform capabilities and roadmap priorities.
Subject Matter Expertise• Act as the regional subject matter expert for card on file tokenization localization for internal and external stakeholders.• Support Product Operations, Customer Delivery, and other partner teams on functionality and requirements.• Support strategic customer engagements by representing Secure Card on File tokenization capabilities and future product direction.
Requirements & Business Analysis• Gather, analyze, and synthesize business, technical, and regulatory requirements from global stakeholders.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility, dependencies, and implementation impacts.• Produce high-quality requirement artifacts that enable efficient execution across Product and Engineering teams.• Support prioritization discussions by evaluating customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
Cross-Regional Coordination• Partner with global teams to support deployments and adoption initiatives.• Drive alignment between global product strategy and regional market requirements.• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, engineering teams, and business partners to ensure successful execution of initiatives.• Maintain awareness of regional market needs and identify opportunities for future platform enhancements.
All About You • Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear content for both business and technical audiences. • Proven ability to transform complex technical concepts into concise, developer-friendly documentation. • Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Customer-facing organizations. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail. • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Self-starter with an ownership mindset and passion for driving adoption of complex technical products.
Experiences that are a plus: • Product management experience in digital payments, tokenization, or a similar API product • Experience working with issuers, merchants, acquirers or PSPs
