At Chanel, the digital transformation of our business model is accelerating, especially within our Europe Regional Digital teams. As Product Manager for Business Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in the Client Analytics Team, leading the vision and execution of our dashboards and reporting offer across Europe, the Middle East and Swiss markets. You will empower all our divisions—Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry—with timely, insightful, and actionable dashboards that enhances every stage of our omni-channel client journey.

Reporting to the Client Analytics Manager, you will lead a squad of Data Analysts BI and Data Engineers, collaborating closely with the Tech Team, the Ad Hoc Analysis squad and the AI squad to ensure a holistic, unified approach to client and digital data. You will work in an agile framework, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of dashboard products, from discovery to continuous improvement, and engaging regularly with business stakeholders to ensure our solutions truly drive business value.

Your main missions are, as follows:
Squad Leadership

  • Lead a squad of Data Analysts BI and Data Engineers in an agile (Scrum-like) framework
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative environment, encouraging technical excellence, creativity, and a product mindset

Product Management

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for our dashboards offer
  • Prioritize development efforts based on business impact and internal partners’ feedback
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and storytelling in all our BI solutions
  • Monitor adoption, usage, and satisfaction to continuously improve our BI offer
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in BI tools, data visualization, and data governance

 Collaboration

  • Partner closely the tech team to ensure the best technical solutions
  • collaborate closely with both the PM AI and Ad hoc Analysis to ensure alignment and complementarity of our offer
  • and of course create a strong and trustful working relationship with both our divisions and markets that are our key partners and users

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in product or project management roles within business intelligence
  • You are well-versed in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and know how to facilitate agile ceremonies
  • You have strong technical skills in data visualization (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), dashboard design, and storytelling with data
  • You understand data engineering concepts and can collaborate effectively with Data Engineers to ensure robust, scalable solutions
  • You are proficient in SQL or willing to learn
  • You have excellent communication skills in both French and English, and are comfortable translating complex data topics for non-technical audiences
  • You bring a keen eye for client experience, with a background in retail/luxury or a demonstrated understanding of omni-channel client journeys
