About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager who can strengthen the core of our wealth platform. This role focuses on the parts of the product that advisors and clients rely on every day: performance reporting, data visualization, the mobile app, and integrations that bring financial data together. You’ll help turn complex account information, trading data, and account activity into clear, trustworthy experiences that drive adoption and long-term value.
Location: NYC or Bogota - (Work 5 days a week in Midtown NYC or Bogota, Colombia Office)
Reports to: VP of Product
Level: Semi-Senior
What You’ll Own
- Key advisor and client-facing features: dashboards, reporting, portfolio insights, and data visualizations
- The mobile app experience across performance, account activity, and account details
- Integrations that expand the platform’s value: financial planning tools, data providers, and client-facing apps
- Cross-platform consistency so the web and mobile experiences feel connected
- Requirements and UX for data-heavy features that need to be accurate, fast, and easy to understand.
- Collaboration with engineering, design, trading, and client success to improve how we process, store, and display custodial and performance data
What Success Looks Like
- Advisors and clients engage regularly with the platform as their primary system for reporting and insights
- Clients find the mobile and web experiences clear, useful, and trustworthy
- Feature adoption increases, especially in reporting, dashboards, and integrations
- Data is accurate, consistently presented, and easy for users to interpret
- The platform becomes a stickier part of an advisor’s daily workflow

Requirements:
- Experience building data-rich or analytics-heavy products
- Strong technical comfort (API familiarity, structured data, data modeling concepts)
- Ability to design and ship multi-step, multi-surface features
- Strong partnership skills with engineering, design, and data
- Clear communication; you can break down complex systems without overcomplicating them
- A track record of driving adoption and delivering platform improvements
- Ability to write crisp product requirements and insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively, setting and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality of work
- Self-motivator with a collaborative spirit
- Flexibility in adapting to new technologies and environments
- Want to work in an office environment alongside Zoe’s Leadership Team.
